What guests often ask.
The most common questions before you arrive. If anything is missing, a quick call to reception is all it takes.
No, breakfast is not included. The breakfast buffet is available at an extra charge, until 10:30 on weekdays and until 11:00 at weekends and on public holidays.
There are 25 parking spaces at the hotel, although reservations are not possible. Parking fee: €24 per night. If you cannot find a free space when you arrive, you can stop briefly in front of the hotel to check in and unload your luggage.
Just 80 m away is the city car park on Zuckerbergstraße (around 970 spaces, open 24 hours a day, €18 per 24 hours). Coach parking on request. Prices as of 05/2025, subject to change.
Check-in from 15:00, check-out until 12:00. Earlier or later on request.
Children aged 5 to 12 pay €7.50 per night. From the age of 13, the full surcharge for an additional person applies: €32 with breakfast, €20 without breakfast.
Yes, there is our own gym, open daily from 07:30 to 22:00.
Of course, we are a thoroughly pet-friendly hotel. Dogs are welcome, and cats and birds have stayed with us too. For a small surcharge.
Yes, the lift takes you straight to your room. There is a high chair in the breakfast room, just ask for it at check-in.
A fully digital process is not yet possible. You can complete an online check-in in advance, but you then collect your room key card at reception and sign there briefly.
