We do not track. No cookie wall.

We use etracker server-side and cookieless for anonymous, aggregated reach measurement. No personal data is collected without your consent, no cookie banner for tracking is required, and no third-party tracking pixels are used. The analysis is carried out exclusively in anonymised form; no conclusions can be drawn about individual persons. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in privacy-friendly reach measurement).

You have the right to obtain information about the data stored about you (Art. 15), to rectification (Art. 16), to erasure (Art. 17), to restriction of processing (Art. 18), to data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21). Write to us at the address given in the imprint.

Hosting

This website is hosted with Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestraße 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. The servers are located in Germany (Falkenstein/Nuremberg). When the site is accessed, the data necessary for technical delivery (IP address, date and time, requested URL, user agent) is processed, stored in the server logs for a maximum of 14 days and then deleted. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure delivery of the website).

Sanity CDN (images and content)

Content and images are delivered via the Sanity Content Delivery Network (Sanity.io, Sanity AS, Norway). When an image is requested, your IP address is transmitted to the Sanity CDN for delivery. No personal data is collected for advertising or profiling purposes. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the high-performance delivery of content).

Self-hosted fonts

Fonts are delivered from our own server (no Google Fonts CDN, no Adobe CDN). No data is transmitted to third parties when a font is requested.

Enquiry form

When you use the enquiry form, you transmit the data you provide (name, email, telephone where applicable, message) to us. We use this data solely to process your enquiry and delete it once the retention obligation has expired (as a rule, the handling of the enquiry plus three years of commercial correspondence). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (initiation of a contract) or (f) (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).

Spam protection

We use our own SVG captcha (computed in the backend) and, where applicable, Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent spam. With Cloudflare Turnstile, technical data for bot detection is transmitted to Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in preventing spam). Cloudflare has self-certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Processors

To operate this website, we use carefully selected service providers as processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR, with whom corresponding data processing agreements are in place: Hetzner Online GmbH (hosting), Sanity AS (CMS and content delivery), etracker GmbH (anonymous reach measurement), Cloudflare, Inc. (content delivery and spam protection) and Resend (sending the emails from the enquiry form).

Right to complain

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. As a rule, the authority responsible is the one at your place of residence or at the registered office of the controller.

Amendments to this policy
